As you may have noticed, we are currently experiencing problems with getting the rewards upon migration. Please read this and be informed:

You have completed the transfer process but you have not received the game points and the lv.16 Character slot?

• Login to FreeStyle and create a default character of your choice.
  
• The game point reward and lv.16 special character slot will be rewarded every Wednesday during the server maintenance.

IMPORTANT: Do not delete the character you have made! The system will not detect your migration rewards if you delete your character.

Hmm.. 'every Wednesday'. So that means we will get our migrated accounts 'every wednesday' and not a patch fix this coming Wednesday. Just for clarification Thanks!

Yes, I believe the rewarding will be done in batches every Wednesday. I will have to confirm if this is a 'first-come, first-served' basis as well.

I'm hoping you followed all the steps correctly. Remember, you cannot use an existing account to migrate. It must be a new one. If it happens that someone has already used your account, you can file a complaint at GK Customer Support.

I suggest you contact GameKiss's support team and see if they can trace your account. Someone might've used your ID so you should inform them if that's the case
